What do you do?
Leo’s Lemonade is a Phish themed lemonade establishment. We take the principles that go into a fine-dining cocktail and we apply them to a crisp and refreshing lemonade. We like to apply the Japanese school of thought where customer service is #1 and where no beverage should be served without a snack.
Where do you do it?
We are based out of Cleveland, Ohio, however we aren’t shy about traveling. We will typically travel any distance if the event is right for us. We frequent Mid-West and East coast music festivals, art festivals, street fairs, as well as Shakedown Street at most Phish shows.
What makes the lemonade so good?
We use every part of the lemon. From the rinds, we use sugar to extract the essential oils. We also strain our freshly squeezed juice to ensure a pure product. Our mixologists are also very experienced at catering the lemonade to your exact sweetness profile. Everybody is different and we strive to serve a spectrum of drinks that can satisy everyone.
Do you do private events?
We love doing private events! Birthdays, weddings, religious ceremonies, what event wouldn’t be enhanced with a custom lemonade bar? We can create a menu completely custom to your event. We will put thought into the meaning of every ingredient and every drink name.
What is the minimum for a private party?
Typically, the minimum for a private event is $1,000 which would be all inclusive with the ability to serve 100 drinks. Everything can be customized, so the sky is the limit.
Do you serve alcoholic drinks?
We are proud to abide by all Federal, State, and Local laws regarding alcohol. We do not have any form of liquor license and will not be found selling any form of alochol at any public event. We can do alcoholic beverages at private events, however you would supply the liquor and we would bring everything else.
